We've just moved out of our property and are about to start renting to students in Manchester.
The problem I have is that when living in the property we were repeatedly burgled over the past 4 years (mountain bikes taken each time) which means we have a bad claims history and I'm struggling to find any insurance.
At the very least I need the buildings to be insured but would like the have some contents insurance too. This is very urgent as the old insurance has lapsed so the house is empty in prime time for burglaries in the area!
